脉搏血氧仪在急性呼吸窘迫综合征诊断相关研究进展
摘要
测动脉血氧饱和度[9]。急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是重症患者呼吸衰竭的常见
病因,临床上常表现为呼吸窘迫和顽固性低氧血症[2]。随着急性呼吸窘迫综合征全球新定义的发表,目前脉搏血氧
仪指标(例如脉搏血氧饱和度与氧浓度之比(SpO2/FiO2)可用于ARDS患者的诊断和风险分层。该文主要从脉搏血
氧仪的历史演进、工作原理、目前存在的优略、急性呼吸窘迫综合征的历史演进及当下治疗现状这几方面进行综述,
并对未来研究方向提出展望。
