基于摄影测量法的身体姿态评估:范围综述
摘要
方法:检索建库至2025年8月Web of Science、中国知网等数据库,按PRISMA-ScR筛选文献,提取方法、指标、信
效度数据。结果:共纳入8篇研究(n=820)。聚焦矢状面与冠状面姿态角度测量,常用软件包括PAS、ImageJ等。
测量信度(ICC 0.75-0.98)及与X线的效度(r=0.68-0.92)良好,相机参数、标记点与软件算法是主要影响因素。
结论:摄影测量法是一种可靠、无辐射,适用于大样本筛查与临床监测;当前研究在方法学上异质性较高,需推动
测量流程与指标标准化。
