1 例播散型组织胞浆菌病分析

摘要


本文报道 1 例播散型组织胞浆菌病例。播散型组织胞浆菌病的特点是发病率相对较低，但具有病情较重且进展快、病
死率较高的特点，临床表现多样，诊断具有一定困难，本案例通过骨髓细胞学提示诊断方向，最后通过快速回报后的感染病原
高通量测序结果而诊断，及时规范应用真菌治疗。另外本文结合文献对该病例的诊治进行分析总结该病的临床表现、诊断、治
疗等，提高人们对播散行组织胞浆菌病的认识，减少该病的误诊及漏诊。
