离心时间对血小板检测的影响因素分析

摘要


目的：探究标本离心时间对血小板检测结果的影响。方法：选取30例血小板计数正常患者的血液检测样本进行研究,分别记录不同的离心时间血小板计数的检测结果。结果：血液样本经过20分钟的离心作用后，所测得的血小板数量少于那些经历了10分钟或5分钟离心的样本；同样地，当样本离心15分钟时，其血小板数值也不及10分钟或5分钟离心样本的数值。差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05)；离心5min、10min、15min、20min血液样本的PLT计数比较无统计学意义（P>0.05)。结论：血液标本离心时间的延长会导致血小板数量的减少，会影响血小板检测结果的准确性,本文旨在探讨离心时间对血小板检测的影响因素，并进一步揭示其潜在的机制。
