富水软岩页岩隧道施工力学三维数值分析

摘要


在高速公路复线隧道施工中,富水软岩页岩段的力学特性对施工安全构成了严峻挑战,尤其是在埋深
约 190m、开挖高度约 15.5m和水头约 78m的条件下,围岩级别为Ⅴ级且岩体强度较低,本研究旨在对该隧道富水
软岩页岩段进行三维数值分析。首先基于实地勘察资料和隧道设计参数,构建三维有限元模型,采用 COMSOL
Multiphysics软件进行模拟;其次定义模型参数,包括岩石的弹性模量、泊松比、抗压强度等,并设置相应的边界条
件;第三设置不同的注浆加固方案,包括不同注浆压力和材料类型,通过逐步施加开挖荷载,观察围岩的应力和位
移反应。在高压注浆方案下,围岩的最大主应力进一步降低至 3.5 MPa,最大位移降至 15 mm,这一方案显示出最佳
的加固效果,围岩的应力和位移均达到了最优状态。
