弱承压地层钻井井身结构优化研究与应用
摘要
下部坍塌”的漏塌叠合问题。前期常规三级井身结构难以兼顾地层承压能力与井壁稳定需求,导致钻井复杂增加、
作业周期延长、工程投入升高。针对该问题,本文结合东胜气田钻井工程地质特征,提出技术套管短下、漏塌分治的
小井眼井身结构优化思路,并从必封点调整、小井眼钻井参数、钻井液体系、固井工艺及现场配套技术等方面开展优
化。现场应用表明,优化后井身结构能够有效封隔刘家沟及石千峰组易漏层位,降低二开漏塌复杂风险,提高斜井段
和水平段钻井效率,实现钻井周期明显缩短。该技术对东胜气田水平井提速提效及复杂预防具有较好的推广价值。
