车载式高精准燃气泄漏检测设备研发与应用

摘要


城镇燃气输配系统的天然气泄漏容易造成经济损失、安全隐患、负面的环境影响,高效、精确、经济的天然气泄漏检测方法是解决上述问题的重要手段。本文介绍了一款ppb级车载式高精准燃气泄漏检测设备的研发与应用,该设备采用中红外激光光谱技术,可同时实现对甲烷和乙烷的ppb级检测,采样频率2Hz;该系统采用乙烷增量、甲烷乙烷浓度比、甲烷乙烷相关系数、多次重复检测、智能图像识别等方法来排除沼气、天然气汽车尾气、临街餐厅和住宅厨房排气,以及燃油车尾气等干扰。基于车辆的天然气泄漏移动检测是一种高灵敏度、高空间分辨率、高效率、经济实用的检测方案。
