新型小器件存储器LuMnO3的制备与物理性质研究
摘要
角相,样品的容差因子0.7853,晶粒尺寸约为103nm。利用不同光源测量了LuMnO3拉曼振动模式,发现在激光光源
为633nm时,更容易得到更多的振动模式的数据。同时测量了LuMnO3样品温度与相对介电常数的关系,发现随着
温度增加相对介电常数有一个急剧的增加[1]。在低温下,相对介电常数与频率无关,在高温下,频率越高相对介电
常数越低。
