天然表面活性剂联合超声提取银杏叶总黄酮工艺优化

摘要


本实验将天然表面活性剂与超声提取技术相结合用于银杏叶总黄酮的提取。以银杏叶总黄酮得率为评价指
标,通过单因素和响应面优化得到最佳的提取工艺参数为液料比为50 mL/g,超声功率为260 W,烷基糖苷10浓度为
3%,提取时间为50 min,提取温度为45℃,在上述条件下银杏叶总黄酮的实际得率为3.58 mg/g。说明该提取工艺可
以高效提取银杏叶总黄酮。
