2A12铝合金管真空电子束焊接工艺的研究
摘要
的调整和优化、装夹工装的设计改进,得到了试样Ⅲ的焊接接头外观性能最好。分别对4组焊接试样进行拉伸试验、
微观组织的分析,对各组试样焊缝的力学性能进行测试,选出最优的焊接工艺方法。试验结果表明:2A12铝合金薄
壁管材电子束焊接试样中,试样Ⅲ的焊缝成型美观、焊缝表面无明显焊接缺陷,焊缝宽度为2 mm。焊缝的金相试验
表明,受高温电子束的影响,焊接接头处晶粒明显细化,焊接接头薄弱区热影响区的宽度为3 ~ 4μm,这也为焊接
接头的力学性能奠定了基础,焊缝抗拉强度达到母材的78%,确定试样Ⅲ的焊接工艺为最优工艺。
