离子表面活性剂共振光散射光谱法测定海藻酸钠

摘要


本研究使用共振光散射光谱分析海藻酸钠的含量。在阳离子表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)浓度为10-3mol/L,30℃,pH为3.0,反应体系在20min,海藻酸钠(SA)的共振光散射光谱峰值和浓度呈现良好的线性相关关系,相关系数达到0.9994,为海藻酸钠的测量提供了一个全新的思路。
