人工智能大模型训练数据知识产权问题研究

摘要


人工智能大模型正在重塑我们的生产生活方式，引起巨大社会变革，与此同时，其训练数据涉及版权问题
引起诸多争议。论文从行动者网络理论视角审视大模型训练数据知识产权问题，不仅带来深刻哲学启示，同时为促
进该技术发展提供新的对策思路。
