基于物联网的智能物料备料与装车系统设计

摘要


本文提出一种基于物联网的智能物料备料与装车系统,通过自动化与智能化手段整合备料、装车、检验及
转运全过程,有效减少人工干预,显著提升物流效率与配送准确性。系统依托物联网技术实现数据实时采集、动态
调度与闭环管理,增强生产线的响应能力与柔性。核心技术包括信息集成、智能标签识别、数据分析与路径优化,
为现代制造业构建高效的智能物流体系提供了可行方案。
