航空线束三维布线—机器人自动扎带数字 孪生映射系统构建研究
摘要
工艺的信息孤岛及协同不足问题。利用物联网、边缘计算、深度学习等技术,搭建适配航空线束生产的数字孪生架
构,实现物理与虚拟空间的即时互动及动态映射。三维布线采用参数化建模结合多约束路径规划算法,提升仿真精
度与速度;机器人自动扎带融合视觉识别与运动控制技术,实现定位精准控制与工艺参数动态调整。实验验证显示,
该系统有效提升航空线束制造智能化水平,增强工艺一致性并优化生产效能,在复杂装配环境中具重要应用潜力与
推广价值。
