舞台之畏——小提琴专业学生的音乐表演焦虑研究
摘要
色。尽管舞台上的演奏者表现光彩夺目,实际上他们在登台前普遍会经历不同程度的音乐表演焦虑。此类焦虑对表
演者产生了重大的心理负担,影响其专注力和表演质量。在小提琴专业的学生中,表演焦虑不仅可能加剧学生的厌
学情绪和成绩受损,还可能削弱其专业自信心,引发更多心理问题,甚至导致放弃追求表演职业的梦想。这种现象
与培养高质量表演人才的目标相悖。本研究采用文献研究方法,首先分析了音乐表演焦虑产生的原因,随后提出了
相应的干预策略。通过这些策略的实施,旨在减轻音乐表演焦虑,进而提升舞台表演的整体质量。
