高职院校学生积极心理品质现状及影响因素分析

摘要


积极心理品质的培育是大学生心理健康教育工作的重要内容。本文对高职院校学生积极心理品质的发展现
状进行调查,对其影响因素进行分析,结果表明:(1)高职学生在积极心理品质六大维度上的自评发展水平从高到
低依次为:人际、超越、情感、认知、公正和节制;(2)高职学生积极心理品质的发展存在个体差异:身体健康状
况、体育锻炼频率、朋友数量、兴趣爱好数量和参与活动频率对高职学生积极心理品质的发展存在显著的影响。
