专业学位研究生教育投入制度建设的澳大利亚经验及其启示

摘要


在我国专业学位研究生教育进入高质量发展阶段的背景下,构建科学合理的投入制度成为核心议题。澳大利亚在专业学位研究生教育投入制度建设方面形成了较为成熟的经验,具有借鉴意义。研究发现,澳大利亚通过国家主导、多元主体参与、差异化资助与市场调节并行的投入制度安排,实现了教育公平与效率的兼顾。对我国的启示如下:构建统一而灵活的投入制度框架,完善收入挂钩的助学贷款机制,推动产教深度融合。
