新医科背景下医学院校本科生的临床运动医学课程设计研究

摘要


全面慢性疾病负担不断加剧,运动处方逐渐成为低成本治疗的重要策略。然而传统的医学本科教育以药物和手术治疗为主,运动医学教育不足,使得医学生不具备给患者开具运动处方的能力。在分析国际经验的基础上,探究适用于中国医学院校的《临床运动医学》课程框架。课程包括身体活动与健康促进概论、运动生理学与运动医学基础、慢性疾病的病理生理与运动干预、运动处方原则与制定方法、营养与运动、行为改变与健康教育技能、课程整合与前沿拓展七个板块。强调通过理论与实践相结合的多学科协作培养未来的医生具备运动促进建立的岗位胜任力,通过选修课、专业课、必修课相结合的教学模式,为慢性疾病预防与管理提供可能的路径。
