基于石墨烯的太赫兹微带天线设计
摘要
本文提出了一种基于石墨烯开关的频率可重构太赫兹微带天线。其在六种开关模式下谐振频率覆盖2.69~4.09THz,各模式下-10dB阻抗带宽均超过15%,最大增益达2.17dBi。该天线采用二氧化硅介质基板,上层辐射贴片及馈线由银构成,接地板采用开槽结构并集成三组石墨烯开关。通过调节石墨烯的化学势,其表面阻抗可在低阻态和高阻态之间动态切换。该设计解决了传统PIN二极管在太赫兹频段的效率与损耗问题,为高频通信系统的小型化和多频段集成提供了新思路。
