非对称型横纹管强化流动传热特性研究
摘要
本文创新性地设计了一种新型非对称型横纹管(凹槽错列排布)来探究其和传统型横纹管对流传热性能的差异。基于一种金属基纳米流体对两种不同类型的横纹管在不同凹槽深度e和不同凹槽间距p下的流动传热特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:对称型的综合传热因子最高达117%,而非对称型横纹管的综合传热因子最高达127%。新型非对称型横纹管的综合换热效果要大于对称型横纹管。
