2020-2024年广西百色某三甲医院青少年抑郁症病例统计分析

摘要


本研究对2020—2024年广西百色某三甲医院5969例青少年抑郁症就诊病例的分析显示，青少年已成为该院抑郁症诊疗的主要群体，占全部抑郁症患者的74.81%。患者结构呈现鲜明特征：女性占主导，年龄集中于15—17岁，农村户籍患者比例较高。结果表明，该地区青少年抑郁症问题突出且就诊需求增长迅速。建议构建以学校为核心、家庭—社区—医疗机构协同联动的综合干预体系，并将心理卫生资源重点向农村地区及高中学龄段倾斜，以实现精准防控。
