犬糖尿病个性化血糖管理研究

摘要


犬糖尿病患病率逐年上升,患犬需终身依赖外源性胰岛素,但传统标准化治疗存在显著的个体反应差异。本
文从病因分型(胰岛素缺乏型与抵抗型)、新型胰岛素制剂(长效类似物及超长效重组胰岛素)、辅助替代疗法(干细
胞、FGF-21衍生物、植物提取物)、合并症干预(犬尿氨酸通路及甲状腺功能减退)及个体化监测技术(血清果糖胺
(sFA)与连续血糖监测(CGM))等维度,系统综述犬糖尿病个性化血糖管理的研究进展,为临床实践提供参考。
