感知可雇佣性与求职成功: 未来关注和前瞻性人格的中介调节作用
摘要
职成功的影响以及未来关注和前瞻性人格的作用,运用层次分析法和Bootstrap法进行分析,结果表明:感知可雇佣
性对求职成功均有显著正向影响;未来关注在感知可雇佣性与求职成功之间起部分中介作用;专业类型和家庭年收
入均可以调节感知可雇佣性与求职成功的关系。同时,在专业类型和家庭年收入的调节作用下,未来关注的中介效
应存在依然显著。
