摘要
感染猪牛羊等偶蹄动物。FMDV为单链正链病毒,只有一个开放阅读框,其中前导蛋白基因位于ORF的5端;前导
蛋白在影响病毒毒力方面发挥重要作用。口蹄疫病毒前导蛋白(Lpro)作为口蹄疫病毒首个翻译的蛋白,在病毒毒
力等方面发挥着重要作用,研究表明敲除前导蛋白会使口蹄疫病毒毒力降低。
