文化探针的效率革新——体验探针方法的开发与应用
摘要
特性而被广泛应用于体验设计领域,完成率(回收率)低是学界公认文化探针最大的难题,国外诸多文章和书籍中
仅提供了一些的策略,专门针对完成率提升和具体执行指引的文献和策略较少,也是国内使用此方法少的原因。本
文以福格(B.J.Fogg)的行为模型和服务设计的触点概念对文化探针方法进行改进,取名体验探针,为文化探针方法
提供一种可行性策略。
