新生大会场景下的嵌入式生涯团辅设计策略

摘要


在BANI时代,大学生生涯唤醒在新生入学教育中显得尤为重要。传统新生大会的讲座方式存在单向输出、
互动性不足的局限。笔者从生涯适应力理论出发,将新生教育大会和团体辅导、教练技术相结合,探索了一套可复
制、互动性强、可持续跟踪的大一新生教育大会场景下的生涯团体辅导模式。
