钛纳米涂料涂层厚度换热性能的研究

摘要


随着涂料技术的发展,纳米复合涂料正以其独特的优良性能受到了人们的关注,钛纳米材料在涂料中的应
用分为两类:一种是完全由钛纳米粒子组成的钛纳米涂料;另一种是钛纳米粒子在传统有机涂料中分散后形成的钛
纳米复合涂料。钛纳米涂料具有很好的防腐防结垢性能,相比其他防腐材料又具有很好的传热性能。本文旨在研究
钛纳米涂料涂层厚度对板式换热器的换热性能的影响。研究表明:在相同的工况下,钛纳米涂料涂层厚度越大,板
式换热器的换热性能越差。
