全球医学教育中身体活动课程的实践与启示
摘要
究梳理各国医学院校本科医学教育中身体活动课程建设的实践经验,揭示医学教育中身体活动课程发展经历了从
“课程模块”向“核心课程”发展历程。其经验体现在:公共卫生政策引导与医学学科专业建设是推动身体活动课
程进入医学教育体系的双重动因,身体活动课程的内容也从单一的知识传授向运动处方技能培训转变。但总体而言,
受制于医学生繁重的课业负担,身体活动课程面临课程时长、内容系统性与考核机制等方面的困境。通过比较分析,
各国在课程体系、考核标准等方面的实践经验,我国医学教育中的身体活动课程建设应坚持“课程研发的标准化与
临床实践的本土化并举”的发展策略:国家层面建立相关专业,规范教学指南与临床实践胜任力框架;将运动处方
纳入相关医学专业核心课程体系;推动医体融合与跨学科师资队伍的培养,提高教学质量,强化实践教学。
