ESG理念下企业绿色运营管理对经营绩效的影响

摘要


在“双碳”目标、绿色金融发展、供应链低碳转型和资本市场可持续信息披露要求不断强化的背景下，ESG
理念正在深刻影响企业运营管理与经营绩效之间的关系。绿色运营管理不仅包括节能降耗、清洁生产、污染控制和
资源循环利用，也包括绿色采购、绿色制造、绿色物流、绿色产品设计、绿色供应链协同和环境信息披露等系统性
管理活动。本文采用系统综述方法，围绕ESG理念下企业绿色运营管理对经营绩效的影响机制、现实约束和优化路
径展开研究。
