论中性粒细胞参与影响肿瘤的研究进展

摘要


本文综述了肿瘤相关中性粒细胞（TANs）在肿瘤发展中的作用，揭示了它们在促进和抑制肿瘤中的双重角色。TANs对实体肿瘤的生长和进展具有显著影响，通过多种机制参与肿瘤的免疫调节与形成中性粒细胞外诱捕网（NETs）等过程；并强调TANs作为新型肿瘤治疗靶点的潜力，探讨了抑制TANs活性和募集的药物等靶向TANs的治疗策略，旨在提高肿瘤治疗的效果并克服现有治疗的限制。
