骶髂贯穿螺钉置钉通道的研究进展

摘要


骶髂贯穿螺钉是贯穿双侧骶髂关节及骶骨的特殊骶髂螺钉,是治疗骨盆后环骨折的有效方法。术前确定骶 骨形态,选择合适的置钉,了解骶髂贯穿螺钉的安全通道对于准确放置螺钉至关重要。本文就TITS安全通道的研究 进展进行总结与分析。
