基于生信筛选宫颈癌中差异基因及免疫浸润

摘要


目的:利用GEO数据库的芯片信息探寻宫颈癌中存在差异的基因和免疫细胞浸润模式。方法:从GEO数
据库中下载宫颈组织样本基因芯片数据集,使用R软件寻找差异基因,通过机器学习算法筛选候选诊断基因,进
行GO功能富集分析,对免疫细胞浸润模式进行分析。结果:获得206个差异基因,共获得4个交集基因,从中选取
CRISP3作为目的基因,GO功能富集分析发现CRISP3与表皮细胞分化等有关。免疫细胞浸润分析发现CD4+记忆性
T细胞和中性粒细胞浸润较多。
