宏基因组二代测序与侵袭性肺真菌病
摘要
有重大临床意义。本文对于三种常见侵袭性肺真菌病的特点进行了概述。传统检测的方法有检出率低、假阳性可能
等缺点,临床上对于新检测方法的需求不断上升。宏基因组二代测序有高通量、耗时短、无偏倚等优点,还可检出
未知病原体。综上,本文对传统检测法及宏基因组二代测序在背景、临床意义、优势、劣势方面进行了概括。
