多发性肌炎误诊为类风湿性关节炎一例分析

摘要


类风湿性关节炎和多发性肌炎均为自身免疫性疾病的一种，因其多发性肌炎无明显皮肤表现或其临床表现
不典型时，两种疾病容易混淆，故除外皮肤改变等临床表现外，更应结合激酶谱变化、肌电图、肌肉活检明确临床
诊断。虽其最终治疗有共同之处，激素、免疫抑制剂为经典治疗方法，但具体治疗方案仍有差别[1]。
