微小RNA在银屑病免疫调节机制中的研究进展
摘要
状表现为红斑、鳞屑性病变。microRNA是一种短的、非蛋白质编码的调节小RNA,在银屑病发病机制起重要作
用。微小RNA参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及器官形成和发育等多种生物学过程、参与机体免疫调节,并作为抑制或
降解靶信使RNA的转化因子。在银屑病中,microRNAs在基因水平发挥了重要的调控作用。为了深入了解银屑病中
microRNAs的生物学功能,查阅相关文献进行总结。
