2023年呼和浩特地区雷暴哮喘回顾性分析

摘要


目的:研究旨在了解受雷暴哮喘(Thunderstorm Asthma,TA)影响的群体一般特征,并分析6个月自然病
程中的症状及其影响因素。方法:收集2023年09月02日至2023年09月03日就诊内蒙古自治区人民医院急诊科的
TA患者,对患者年龄、性别、过敏史、支气管哮喘病史及家族史等资料进行分析,并在6个月时使用标准化电话问
卷评估哮喘症状频率,同时进行亚组分析。结果:12小时内急诊就诊TA患者共计248人,平均年龄(31.28±12.81)
岁。男性占45.6%,女性占比54.4%。其中18岁至30岁之间发病人数最多,占比59.7%。54例完成随访的TA患者当
中“诊断哮喘”占18.5%,“疑似哮喘”占14.8%和“未诊断哮喘”占66.7%。6个月内症状发作频率“持续性”占
7.4%,“间歇性”占18.5%,和“无症状”占74.1%。“疑似哮喘”和“诊断哮喘”组哮喘症状发生率明显高于“未诊
断哮喘”组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2
值=50.72,p<0.001)。结论:发生TA患者当中66.7%患者未诊断支气管哮
喘,且该部分患者在随访6个月内哮喘症状发生率较低。过敏性鼻炎及过敏性疾病为TA重要危险因素。
