骨搬运治疗胫骨感染性骨不愈合1例:病例报道和文献综述

摘要


病历报告:此次研究报道了一例外伤导致的闭合性胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的男性患者。由于既往治疗过程中内
固定支架放置位置不当出现骨感染。手术指征明确,经过清创和抗感染后,采用单边外固定支架进行骨搬运修复感
染导致的骨缺损。总结:该病例说明在彻底清创的前提下,骨搬运手术可以作为治疗感染性骨不愈合的可靠方法。
