补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6的研究进展

摘要


补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白家族（complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related proteins，CTRPs）是
一类与脂联素同源的新型脂肪因子，包括15个家族成员，CTRP6作为CTRP家族中的成员之一，在多种疾病中发挥
着不同的作用。本文主要综述了CTRP6自发现以来的研究进展，为肥胖、糖尿病、心肌纤维化和肿瘤等疾病的临床
治疗提供新的靶点。
