甲状腺素对白色脂肪棕色化影响的研究进展

摘要


脂肪组织在能量平衡和调节代谢中发挥着关键作用。肥胖的日益流行表明,目前基于饮食、运动和药理学
知识的策略不足以应对这一流行病。当前的研究重点是开发新的策略来增加机体能源消耗。随着研究的不断深入,
棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)通过以热的形式来释放能量,进一步消散脂肪的这一功能的发现,为肥
胖的治疗提供了新的思路,也引起了广泛研究。大量证据表明,甲状腺激素(TH)能够上调脂肪细胞线粒体内膜上
的解偶联蛋白1(uncoupling protein 1,UCP1)表达,从而诱导白色脂肪棕色化。甲状腺素对棕色脂肪细胞产热和消
耗能量有着巨大贡献,有利于维持机体能量代谢的稳态,从而改善肥胖和代谢综合征。然而引起白色脂肪棕色化过
程的具体机制还有待深入研究,以待为治疗肥胖等代谢类疾病提供理论依据。本文就甲状腺素对白色脂肪棕色化的
影响进行综述。
