氨甲环酸不同给药途径治疗黄褐斑的研究进展

摘要


黄褐斑是一种色素沉着过度和血管化的疾病,治疗困难,且易复发,会给患者造成相当大的心理负担。大
多数治疗的目的是减少黑素生成和黑素细胞侵袭的深度。目前治疗方法多样,氨甲环酸是一种超说明书用于治疗黄
褐斑的纤溶酶抑制剂,可以口服、局部、皮内注射及微针给药[1]。本文通过阐述氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑不同给药途径
的相关治疗及疗效对比,旨在为治疗黄褐斑提供新思路。
