唐氏综合征差异化甲基化基因筛选分析
摘要
的关联,为深入理解唐氏综合征的发病机制及寻找潜在治疗靶点提供科学依据。方法:本实验采用全基因组甲基化
测序方法,选取DS患者与正常人对照样本,提取DNA并制备文库,通过免疫共沉淀富集甲基化DNA,高通量测序
后利用生物信息学工具分析差异甲基化区域,揭示DS发病机制。结果:研究发现DS患者中存在多个关键基因的甲
基化变异,这些变异与神经发育和细胞功能密切相关,并显著影响相关基因的mRNA和蛋白表达。结论:通过全基
因组甲基化分析揭示了DS患者差异化甲基化基因及其与表型特征的关联。关键基因的甲基化变异可能影响mRNA
和蛋白表达,为DS发病机制和潜在治疗策略提供了重要线索。
