2种检测方法对纹带棒状杆菌同源性研究进展
摘要
引起的院内感染因其隐蔽性常被临床忽视PFGE用于同源性分析对于细菌引起的医院感染暴发的溯源是相当滞后的
只能用于回顾性研究分析。相较于PFGEMALDI-TOF MS基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱优在实时性
快速、简便、高通量、低成本通过MALDI-TOF MS对纹帯棒状杆菌在同源性分析上的应用依托于MALDITOF MS系统自带的强大的聚类分析软件能快速地统计、分析疑似感染病例检出菌及其周边环境采样株的同源性
追踪其传染源、感染途径以利于临床能够最快速、及时、准确地采取相关措施控制传染源并切断传播途径为
临床采取隔离、治疗等措施争取时间建立起一整套针对纹带棒状杆菌及相关细菌引发院内细菌感染暴发的实时监
控体系。
