咖啡对肾癌与肾结石的影响

咖啡是800多种挥发性化合物的复杂混合物,而咖啡因是其中的主要成分。在过去的几年里,由于其更广为人知的
药理学,咖啡逐渐转向对健康不那么负面的位置。例如,一杯咖啡中的咖啡因似乎通过拮抗腺苷受体来发挥其大
部分作用。流行病学研究和实验研究中的新方法表明,喝咖啡可能有助于预防几种慢性疾病,包括2型糖尿病和肝
病。大多数前瞻性队列研究并未发现咖啡消费与心血管疾病风险显著增加有关。还有证据表明,在某些方面,不
含咖啡因的咖啡可能具有与普通咖啡相似的好处,这表明除了咖啡因外,其他成分也有助于保护健康。对于饮用
适量咖啡(3–4杯/天,提供300–400毫克/天的咖啡因)的成年人,几乎没有健康风险的证据,但有一些健康益
处的证据[1]。值得一提的是已经有许多学者研究了咖啡与肾脏疾病的关联,本文简单介绍咖啡与肾结石及肾癌的
