急诊就诊心血管疾病患者体力活动现状及影响因素分析
摘要
至2024年07月在成都市某三级甲等医院急诊科就诊的心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,通过查阅病历资料现场问卷调
查方式调查。研究工具包括一般资料调查表、国际体力活动问卷短卷、健康问卷抑郁自评量表、运动自我效能量表
和社会支持评估量表。使用Excel表格录入数据,使用SPSS 26.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:1080例患者,体力活
动普遍偏低,只有380人(37.3%)患者达到了指南推荐的活动量。回归分析结果显示,抑郁自评、运动效能、社会
支持进入回归方程,共解释急诊就诊心血管疾病患者体力活动总变异程度的26.7%。结论:心血管疾病患者体力活动
状况不佳。
