嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎合并2型糖尿病1例报道并文献分析
摘要
及肠组织中有嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润形成为显著特征，其真正病因机理及其发病机制现在尚不明确。临床和表现多种
多样，内镜表现及影像学表现无明显特异性，甚至病理学检查可能出现阴性，多出现误诊、漏诊。本文就本院收治的1
例合并2型糖尿病病例进行报道，并就相关文献深入分析，希望此病例的诊疗经过能打开临床医师对EGE的新思路。
