转移前微环境在乳腺癌肺转移中的相关机制研究进展

症死亡。而血管远处细胞转移也是另外一个同样非常复杂重要的生理过程,其中血管转移的前体微生态环境因子
(pre-metastatic niches,PMNs)则是一个极其重要的生物环节因子之一,主要影响包括了血管外渗漏、通透性的增强、
基质细胞的激活、细浆胞外基质体(extracellular matrix,ECM)功能的重塑以及免疫功能细胞的募集等。远处转移
最常见部位为肺组织,越来越多的学者开始详细地探究乳腺癌肺PMN形成的机制。目前未进行系统总结,本综述通
过检索相关文献系统阐述肺PMN的变化,旨在为乳腺癌的肺转移治疗提供更多的临床依据。
