腹腔镜下腹壁切口疝修补术的治疗现状及展望
摘要
修补理念,微创技术和补片材料的更新迭代,腹腔镜腹壁切口疝修补术(laparoscopic ventral and incisional hernia,
LVIH)也在发展演变,呈现更加多元化的发展趋势。愈来愈多的人选择在腔镜下治疗IH,过去LVIH的经典术式为:
腹腔内补片植入术(intraperitoneal onlay mesh,IPOM),近些年各类微创非腹腔内补片修补术((minimally invasive
non intraperitoneal mesh,MINIM)也层出不穷,本文将回顾现有文献,综述LVIH的治疗现状,并对未来的发展趋势
进行展望。
