胃癌术中精准导航:吲哚箐绿荧光示踪技术的创新性应用
摘要
外荧光特性,能够通过静脉注射后与血浆蛋白结合,在荧光成像系统的辅助下,实现术中实时成像。本文综述了该
技术在胃癌手术中的主要应用,包括前哨淋巴结活检、淋巴结清扫、吻合口血供判断、肿瘤位置及切缘定位等方面
的最新进展。基于现有研究结果,该技术有望进一步提高胃癌手术的精准度,减少术后并发症并改善患者的长期预
后,为胃癌手术的进一步优化和个性化治疗提供了新的思路。
