术前血液参数对肾细胞癌患者预后关系的研究进展

摘要


肾细胞癌在手术后仍有较高的复发率。肾细胞癌相关的多种炎症反应标志物可预测其发生、发展和预后。
本文就中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、全身免疫炎症指数、预后营养指数、白蛋白/球蛋白比值、
C反应蛋白与白蛋白比值、白蛋白/碱性磷酸酶的比值、代谢相关指标等相关指标与肾细胞癌的关系研究做一综述。
