瑞马唑仑在老年患者全身麻醉中的研究进展

摘要


瑞马唑仑是一种新型超短效苯二氮卓类药物，与其他苯二氮卓类药物相比，其起效更迅速，恢复时间更快，
长时间应用不会蓄积，且对呼吸循环影响小等特点。由于其涉及组织酯酶的独特代谢途径，不会增加肝肾代谢负担，
是老年患者理想的麻醉药物之一。本文就近年来瑞马唑仑应用于老年患者全身麻醉的研究进行综述，为更广泛应用
于老年患者麻醉提供参考。
